Funding opportunities for undergraduate students

The Program in Jewish Culture & Society announces a call for applications for the Dick Abrams Scholarship, which provides two $1,300 stipends. The scholarship will be awarded to full-time, degree-seeking undergraduate students in good academic standing enrolled at the University of Illinois. The scholarship is open to students taking Jewish Studies courses, with a preference for the Program’s minors and majors.

All applicants must submit the following to jewishculture@illinois.edu:

•  A statement of 1-2 pages outlining the area of study, research interests, academic achievements, and financial need
• CV
• One letter of recommendation e-mailed by a referee directly to jewishculture@illinois.edu
  
  Applications are due by Friday, March 27, 2025, at 5 pm.
